The Reflective Leader Project for Wiser Living & Leading by Judy Brown is an exclusive intensive program for hand selected leaders, who wish to approach management and leadership in a new way. Sustainable, wise, reflective leaders of tomorrow.

Throughout 40 years of leadership development programs (where did the time go?) I have created, collected and woven together an encyclopedia of sorts of practices, processes, stories, poetry and experiences for the reflective leader. I am condensing this lifetime of work into The Reflective Leader Project— As a way of creating a wider and more in-depth sharing of these structures, elements, and design of spaces that result in people leaving renewed, refreshed, reinvigorated as leaders for Wiser Living & Leading.

Program Details

A five-day retreat/workshop/design studio, with recommended lodging in nearby Annapolis, Maryland; transportation provided from the hotel to our home in West River along John’s Creek, and five days of learning together with up to ten interesting and interested colleagues.

$3000 for five rich full days of intimate learning and sharing and the fellowship community that comes out of the experience.
Transportation to and from hotel in Annapolis, MD (cost of hotel not included).

Judy Sorum Brown

Judy Sorum Brown is a speaker, writer, poet and educator in private practice whose work revolves around the themes of leadership, change, creativity, learning, diversity, dialogue, and renewal. She has served as a leadership faculty member of the graduate school of Public Policy at the University of Maryland, and teaches executives through its Office of Executive programs. She was Senior Fellow of the James MacGregor Burns Academy of Leadership and Senior Fellow of the Center for Public Policy and Private Enterprise. She was for many years involved in the education programs of the University's National Center for Smart Growth Research and Education. She launched the executive programs of the University of Maryland Business School where she served as Assistant Dean. She was selected as a White House Fellow and served as Special Assistant to the Secretary of Labor.
